Our Webchat service is available weekdays between 10am and 6pm and is the quickest and easiest way to get in touch with us. Look out for “How can we help?” window, which will pop up when an agent is available at the bottom right of our page.
If our webchat isn’t available then fill in the contact form below. Please choose the question that best matches your query and to ensure that your query is processed as quickly as possible please make sure that you provide as much detail as possible, such as reference to any previous correspondence concerning the issue, parcel tracking numbers etc. We endeavour to respond to emails as quickly as possible however it can take us several days to respond to enquiries via email.
In the event that we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may wish to pursue alternative dispute resolution through the Online Dispute Resolution platform. The platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
