Style Advice
We’ve partnered with Help For Heroes to produce a range of limited-edition pieces made from a bespoke camo print – originally designed to disguise and protect soldiers, the earliest camouflage fabric went into production in the late 1960s. Our commitment, to contribute 40% from the sale of each limited edition product to Help for Heroes, will go towards supporting our wounded, injured and sick Service personnel, Veterans and their families.
To produce our Carrington Jacket we collaborated with two expert military-grade manufacturers based in the north of England. Carrington Workwear in Lancashire printed our 100% cotton camo print material and Cookson & Clegg, 15 miles up the road in Blackburn and in business since 1860. This jacket is an exact replica of an original piece dating back to the late 1960s and features many of the traditional utilitarian features designed to assist troops in the field; for example, diagonal chest pockets for easy access to ammunition, elasticated drawstrings and pockets to keep the elements, and mud, out and handy internal pockets.
