Is it safe to order online?

We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details.

This means information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone intercepts it.
 

 

Fraud protection and payment info

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. If successful your card will be charged immediately.

Additionally, for your protection, orders are fraud screened. We deeply encourage you to enter your details as accurately as possible to ensure your order is fully successful. (Please note your order acknowledgement email is not confirmation of this, but solely that your order has been received).

If for any reason your order is unsuccessful, we will attempt to contact you via the provided contact information. Any delay during this stage is exempt from our delivery time estimates.

How can I redeem my gift voucher?

To use a Jack Wills online gift voucher simply enter your unique Gift Voucher/ Gift Card code exactly as you see it into the relevant Gift Voucher box at checkout, click the apply the code button and your order total will automatically update with the promotion code value subtracted.

What are the delivery options?

We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but Sale and Clearance items can occasionally take a bit longer to be delivered, just owing to the large volumes of stock passing through our warehouse.

All estimates are based on orders placed before 1pm. If you order on a weekend or a Bank Holiday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

During non-sale periods we estimate the following:

• Standard – 2-4 working days, Royal Mail Non-Tracked, £4
• Premium – 1-2 working days, Royal Mail Tracked £6
• International Delivery - 10-14 working days - £12.00
• Gift Cards 1-3 working days - Free delivery

Approximate delivery times for sale items are:

• Standard Delivery (UK) – 4-8 working days - £4.00
• Premium Delivery (UK) - 3-6 working days - £6.00
• International Delivery - 10-14 working days - £12.00
• Gift Cards 1-3 working days - Free delivery

And clearance delivery timeframes are estimated as:

• Standard Delivery (UK) – 8-12 working days - £4.00
• Premium Delivery (UK) – 6-10 working days - £6.00
• International Delivery - 10-14 working days - £12.00
• Gift Cards 1-3 working days - Free delivery

We do everything possible for you to get your items as quickly as possible. But since we use a third party carrier, there will occasionally be circumstances that are out of control which may affect your delivery time.

What is the returns policy?

You can exchange or refund any unworn, unwashed items by mailing the item back to us or by taking it back to a Jack Wills store within 28 days of purchase.

Please ensure that items are in their original condition with a copy of the original invoice.
