VM Intern – 3 months FTC

As an Intern you will be organising all departmental logistics and assisting with areas of administration.  You will support the VM team in the production of visual projects communication and roll out as well as ordering goods and materials for timely delivery and checking that everything is as required and in good order upon arrival.  The ideal candidate will be highly organized and show passion for VM trends and our brand.  Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator as well as Microsoft Office are advantageous.

Buying Admin Intern – 3 months FTC

Your role will be to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our Product Selection team.  An ideal candidate will be highly organized with great Microsoft Office skills and show bags of enthusiasm for fashion and all things Jack.


Stylist is responsible for the styling of all Ecom and assisting seasonal creative photography shoots (both on model and still life) under the direction of the Senior Stylist.  Ideally you will have some experience working on both Ecom and print fashion shoots.

Junior Apparel Graphic Designer

You will assist in the design and artwork of the graphics for Men’s and Women’s Apparel & Homewares ranges. You will develop new labelling, undertake research, produce mood boards, update Rangeplans and assist in presentation of the final range. You will also help out with the development of repeat prints, cutwork and lace artworks.  An ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear passion in graphic design and fashion.

Garment Technologist – Accessories & Homewear

As a Garment Technologist, you will support Design and Production teams through all stages of the product development, from design to manufacture.  You’re ideally working as a Garment Technologist within accessories or home divisions.

Junior Designer

You will assist the Design team in developing fabulously British product, starting to design product areas across a wide variety of product categories as you build towards focussing on specific categories and becoming a Designer.


As a Copywriter you will be responsible for all creative copy for the Jack Wills Brand. Working closely with the global Marketing, Web and Creative Services teams creating and policing a clear tone of voice for the brand.  You will be able to demonstrate excellent writing skills and produce clear, concise, engaging and persuasive copy following the JW tone of voice guidelines.

Creative Visual Manager

As Creative Visual Manager you will be responsible for designing and developing all creative visual elements across the UK and International Jack Wills Stores.  You will work alongside internal and external production as well as Visual Projects Manager on manufacture and sourcing.  You will develop creative concepts for overseas stores and partners and support the Head of VM in presenting all projects and concepts to other departments, external suppliers and the Board.

Senior Digital Designer

You’ll be working closely with our Digital Design Manager to create world-class, enviable design solutions and digital communications. The digital team are valuable members of the wider in-house creative team that includes: print design, copywriting, photographic studio, retouching, web development and marketing. We’re a close-knit team always looking to surprise and innovate.

Customer Service Team Leader

This exciting role would appeal to an individual who has a passion and energy for leading a team to deliver exceptional Customer Service.  As one of our Team Leaders you will be responsible for all aspects of the team's performance, specifically the achievement of quality and service measures, process adherence and the continuous relationship with customers.  You will support the customer service manager to improve efficiency and omni channel experience across a spectrum of tasks.  A background in retail / contact centre management is desirable and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis is essential.

Customer Service Planning and Resource Manager (FTC September – February)

This interim role has been created to manage the planning of the Customer Service resource requirement through our peak trading period. Working closely with our Marketing and E-commerce teams, this person will be responsible for forecasting customer contacts into the department over a 7 day operation and recruiting our seasonal team to handle these interactions within service level and budget. This candidate will hold responsibility for the teams rotas, payroll submission and administration. A background in contact centre management is desirable. Analytics, reporting, numeracy and organisation skills are essential. The flexibility to support the Customer Service Management team across evenings and weekends is required during high peak trading.

Customer Service and Operations Advisors – Temporary Christmas Roles starting ASAP (Full Time and Part Time)

We have a number of exciting opportunities to join our Customer Service team based in Greenford Middlesex on a temporary basis over our Christmas period.

Property Manager

As a Property Manager you will manage effectively the issues, challenges and opportunities arising from our wide and varied global portfolio. You will assist in communication of information for all property matters. Ideal candidate will take a proactive role in managing our external professional and other advisors and consultants to ensure that all landlord and tenant matters are dealt with punctually and in line with the property and wider business strategy.

Business Analyst

As a business analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the supply chain systems and data integrity focusing on supply chain, logistics and ERP. You will be working with the business teams to identify challenges, support process reviews and mapping of all business processes.  Previous experience with supply chain, DC/logistics projects, preferably with fashion retailer would be ideal in this role.

Network Engineer

The purpose of this role is to provide a technical expertise on the infrastructure review project.  As a CCNP level network engineer you will be responsible for routing, switching and security across multi-vendor environment.

Web Application Developer

Your role will be to develop, support and maintain web and client based application solutions that are integral to the multi-channel sales environment at Jack Wills. To split available time over development and on-going support of back end web applications and middleware that communicates between web, mobile app and ERP systems.

SAP Reporting Analyst

As SAP Reporting Analyst you will interact with business to gather requirements, monitor BW loads, design comprehensive BI solutions and perform routine program modifications.  You will be responsible for designating data structures and designing processes to minimize data quality risks.

Senior HR Business Partner

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support the Head of HR to achieve the HR strategic objectives by acting as the lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities.  You will be helping to deliver value added service to the Senior Leadership Group and Managers and be responsible for all HR Operations Team activities and line management of 2 HR Advisors across both Head Office and Retail within the UK and Asia.  This role will include Employee relations, organisational change, HR Reporting and reward. The person we are looking for will be MCIPD qualified or educated to degree level or equivalent and have had significant post qualification experience of dealing with HR generalist matters (e.g. recruitment, job evaluation, performance management, talent management). In addition you will have had previous experience of managing and developing a team.

Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsible for all recruitment across Head Office, Stores and the US, driving down recruitment spend through direct hiring techniques and continuously improving the recruitment process. The successful candidate will have previous in house recruitment experience, knowledge of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) and the selection process (competency interview frameworks, assessment centres) is essential. You should have the ability to build relationships quickly both internally and externally championing Jack Wills as an employer of choice.
