US Merchandise Assistant
The Jack Wills US team are looking for an MAA to join the new US merchandising team based in the States. Reporting to Helen Cresswell, as MAA you will work within the US team to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. This broad and varied role will see you provide crucial support to the business by analyzing previous sales trends to successfully forecast what the business needs to buy, how much of it and when it needs to hit stores to maximise profit and minimise markdown.
The successful candidatemusthave the right to work in the US and:
- The ability to communicate at all levels and demonstrate both passion for Jack Wills and analytical skills;
- A commercial awareness and a keen interest in fashion and retail;
- Retail shop floor experience, full time or part time;
- An awareness of the US retail market;
- A degree in any subject.

Area Visual Merchandiser
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Area Visual Merchandiser for our Jack Wills brand on the East Coast.
You will lead the Visual Merchandising operation and strategy implementation across an assigned area and ensure the product, mannequins and windows are in line with the brand vision. This role will ensure the product presentation is in line with the vision of our corporate Visual Merchandising Team. You will react commercially to trade factors and company strategy and implement changes on a store by store basis all the time remaining in line with the brand. As an Area Visual Merchandiser you will work with our Regional Head of Visual Merchandising and alongside the retail store managers to ensure Visual Merchandising is a market differentiator as well as commercially reactive in each store. You will also train and develop in store Visual Merchandisers where applicable.
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Have 1 to 3 years experience in a field based Visual Merchandising role
- Ability to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and confidently and build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Detail orientated and creative
- The ability to think strategically, work flexibly and drive change
- Successfully identify and implement strategy
- A good understanding of the Jack Wills brand
- A full, clean US driving license and the willingness to travel

Customer Service and Mail Order Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service and Mail Order Supervisor for our Jack Wills brand in the US.
As a strong Supervisor, you will drive performance and a best in class customer experience through a newly formed Customer Service and Mail Order department in our Newport Rhode Island location. Your team will provide the business with day to day customer management for all enquires and orders.
Reporting to the Newport Store Manager, you will need to demonstrate thorough product knowledge and strong communication and organization skills. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team.
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Have experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader in a customer service center or online business.
- Strong people management experience, able to supervise team members with differing skill sets and experience to meet customer service and order fulfillment targets.
- A thorough understanding of the Jack Wills brand.
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and confidently and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Detail orientated and solutions focused.
- Ability to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
- Ensure that team members are fully trained and maintain guides and training manuals.
