HR Business Partner - US
We are looking for a new HRBP to work autonomously in the US, while ensuring integration with the Global HR team located in London. The role requires exceptionally strong retail Generalist HR skills to deliver in a fast paced environment that is still in the start-up phase of development. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting all HR processes including Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Talent Development and Performance Management.
Key requirements are to hit the ground running, a retail HR background along with exceptional knowledge of US employment laws and compliance issues, ideally with International exposure. Full Time & Part Time Mail Order Assistants
Are you an expert in delivering world class Customer Service? Can you bring a talent to an exciting new team?
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our fast paced Mail Order and Customer Services Department based in Newport. We are looking for friendly and energetic Mail Order Assistants to help us develop our 'Fabulously British' brand in the US.
No one day is ever the same in Jack Wills and to be part of our successful team, you will need to show ambition, drive and above all a passion for the Jack Wills lifestyle and brand. You must be articulate, outgoing, confident and customer focused.
Previous customer service experience is preferred, although not essential, as full training will be given.
Full time position will require a maximum of 35 hours a week.
