Terms and Conditions

1. Entry wristbands are issued by Jack Wills Ltd.
2. Customers are asked to check their wristbands upon receipt. Particularly for group bookings.
3. Wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
4. Jack Wills accepts no responsibility should any of the performers not perform due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of Jack Wills or the artist.
5. Jack Wills holds no responsibility for the cancellation or postponement of the event whether in whole or in part for reasons beyond Jack Wills reasonable control.
6. Jack Wills cannot guarantee that latecomers will be admitted.
7. Jack Wills reserves the right to refuse admission on health and safety, environmental or security concerns at its discretion and to make
   changes to the advertised programme owing to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Jack Wills reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove anyone from the event with no reason.
9. No BBQs or Disposable BBQs are permitted.
10. Wristband bearer must be 18 or over to attend the Jack Wills party. Identification will be required; acceptable forms of ID are a Passport or a Driving Licence.
