Q.) Who is Jack Wills?
A.) Jack Wills is the grandfather of the current Managing Director.

Q.) Can I open a Jack Wills franchise?
A.) No. Sorry, all our stores are owned and run by Jack Wills Ltd.

Q.) Can I stock Jack Wills in my store?
A.) No. Unfortunately we no longer take on wholesale accounts.

Q.) Why do you have the number 22 on lots of your garments?
A.) Our first shop was number 22 Fore Street in Salcombe.

Q.) If I order on-line, can I return my stuff?
A.) Free Returns with every order. Our commitment to fantastic customer service means that we offer FREE RETURNS with every order to the USA. Our guarantee is unconditional as long as you return the good within 1 month. You can return your product for a refund or exchange at no extra cost.

Q.) How long does it take to get my goods?
A.) If you order before 2.00pm UK time, we will try to despatch the goods to you the same day via Royal Mail. This is not always possible during busy periods, but we do do our best. This means that majority of stuff, when it is in stock, will arrive within a couple of working days. Goods ordered from 3.00pm on a Friday through to Monday will not be despatched until Monday. If you order something that is not in stock but some more are due in to us, we will let you know this, and place your order on back order. When this happens, you will not be charged until the goods are shipped (maestro card users will be charged at point of order).

Q.) Why do I sometimes get my goods delivered in more than one batch?
A.) If we have run out of an item in our warehouse, but we have it in store, we will ship the item direct from a store. So, if you order five items, it is likely that one of them will come direct from one of our stores, especially later on in a season.

Q.) How do I receive a Jack Wills Handbook?
A.) Sign up in store or sign up through jackwills.com. We will keep sending them to you until you tell us to stop. We won't bombard you with junk though, so don't worry about that.

Q.) If I am on the Jack Wills mailing list, will you pass my details on to other companies?
A.) We may periodically recommend your details to third parties, for stuff we think you may be interested in, but to be honest, we have never done it yet, and it seems unlikely that we will ever get around to it.

Q.) Do the prices online include VAT?
A.) Yes, at the prevailing rate, which is currently 17.5%

Q.) Is it safe to order online?
A.) Yes, our site is encrypted using the latest encryption software so your credit card details are safe with us.
