INFORMATION FOR EVERYONE ATTENDING THE JACK WILLS VARSITY POLO 2010

Your ticket pack will include: a wristband, car park sticker and travel information booklet. Please check that you have the correct number of wristbands as we will be unable to look into any discrepancies on the day. If you have any queries, please contact our Customer Services Department straight away on 0845 262 5225.

Please ensure that you bring your car pass with you (if applicable) and that you are wearing your wristband as you enter Guards Polo Club. Anyone without a wristband will be required to buy one from the ticket attendants at the gate (cash only).

DAY ENTRY (BLUE WRISTBAND)

This gives you access to the Jack Wills Village which will host the food concessions, the Jack Wills store, Bike Polo, Pimms bus and lots more. This wristband does not give access to the Jack Wills Enclosure or entitle the bearer to a goody bag.

DAY & AFTER PARTY ENTRY (PINK WRISTBAND)

This gives you access to the Jack Wills Village (as above) plus the Jack Wills Enclosure. Just a reminder, you must be over 18 to gain access to this area even if you have purchased a wristband! You are also eligible for a free goody bag which includes a Limited Edition Varsity Polo t-shirt. It can be collected from the Jack Wills Enclosure; please make sure you have your goody bag ticket with you.

PICNICS

There will be plenty of space to picnic around the pitch whilst watching the polo. However this year you will not be able to take any food or drink into either the Jack Wills Village or the Jack Wills Enclosure. Please help keep Guards tidy by disposing of your rubbish in one of the many bins located across the site.

DRINK RESPONSIBLY

You are advised to drink responsibly on the day. If anyone attending the event is judged to be overly intoxicated they will be ejected from the event and will not be allowed re-admittance.

Do not drink and drive. This is the Law; and there will be a Police presence in the Park to ensure that no one attempts this. Cars can be retrieved from the Park the following day. Taxi numbers are available in the programme and on the website and there are free shuttle buses to public transport for wristband holders. All transport information is detailed on the travel information booklet which is available to pick up from the Jack Wills Village.

The postcode of Guards Polo Club is SL5 0PT for Sat Navs.

Admittance to the grounds is permitted from 10.00am.

There are no cash machines on site.

The Jack Wills After Party is over 18's only. Proof of ID is required; acceptable forms of ID are Drivers license or Passport.
